Søilen

Søilen is across the hall from Teatersalen. With classical sofas and lounges arranged in small groups, it is a natural place to relax with a coffee and digestif after a gourmet dinner in Teatersalen.

Søilen is ideal for parties of up to 50 people. This lounge is perfect for aperitifs or receptions. Søilen used to be called “Kinasalen” (China Room) because of its richly decorated wallpaper. The wallpaper was handmade in France, and rumour has it that the only place in Norway that has this wallpaper is the Royal Palace.
